Koules served as the Executive Producer of the Primetime Emmy Award-winning television series Two and a Half men since its inception in 2003. In 2012 it was the third-highest revenue generating program at $3.2 million per episode. In addition to nine Primetime Emmys, the show received several People’s Choice, Teen Choice, and ALMA Awards.

Koules was the Executive Producer for the 2005 sitcom Love, Inc., starring Busy Philipps, Vince Vieluf, Reagan Gomez-Perston, Ion Overman, and Holly Robinson Peete.
